APEX Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc. became a continuum of APEX Home Health of Oak Brook IL in 2012, at which time the agency was granted CHAP Accreditation for the practice of Standards of Excellence. We have maintained that Standard of Excellence and Accreditation through 2021.
Our story is simple. There are many reasons that inspired our agency and our employees to become the APEX Hospice and Palliative Care that many now depend on. It may be because a person has watched someone they love benefit from hospice care. Others recognized their natural gift to help people who need a great deal of compassion, support, and care. Hospice is a very special field to be a part of. Being able to partner with patients and families during their final stages of life is extremely rewarding.
